Refund | Returns
NOTE: All returned product is destroyed or returned to the manufacturer to maintain health, hygiene, and quality control.
Buyer must request a refund or exchange no later than Midnight (ET) on the 14th day following the receipt of product. Proof of purchase must be presented at time of request. Failure to do so will result in denial of refund or return request. No exceptions. You agree our shipment tracking information shall be considered proof of receipt of delivery.
Seller reserves the right to negotiate a partial or full refund or exchange depending on the reason for the refund or exchange request. Buyer agrees to pay return shipping for ALL negotiated returns or exchanges.
If Buyer found no fault with the product or device and has simply changed his/her mind, it is at Seller’s sole discretion to authorize a refund. In the event, Seller authorizes a return for ‘change of mind’, Buyer will be responsible for resulting shipping fees AND will be charged a minimum restocking fee of $25.00, or 25% of cost of product being returned.
If the product arrived in a defective state, i.e., broken, leaked, or not dispensing properly, proof of said defect in picture or video form MUST be presented via email (email@example.com) to Customer Service before an exchange is negotiated.
Seller will process refunds or exchanges within 48 hours upon receipt of returned product, and refund (and any return shipping fees) will be processed to the same credit card Buyer used to make the purchase.
The Clareblend Mini and Red LED may be returned for repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s one-year, limited warranty. Only registered warranties are honored. A refund will not be issued for the Clareblend Mini or Red LED for any reason. The responsibility for deciding if you are a good candidate for microcurrent or LED is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Seller does not guarantee results on skincare products or devices. All statements on this website are for general knowledge of product specifications, use, contradictions (if any), and ingredients to the best of our knowledge, and in no way should be considered as medical advice.
